Mechhaven Missives
- You can order a paperback copy or pre-order an ebook of BAL today. To celebrate the launch, Pax Machina will be FREE for five days starting on the 24th and Mechs and Machinations will be $0.99 for a week.
- Due to technical difficulties…and by technical difficulties I mean me clicking the wrong button at the wrong time, On Darkhaven Forged and Rally Point will be discounted to $2.99 from October 4th-10th.
- Next weekend is L.A. Comic Con (September 26, 27, and 28). I’ll in Artists Alley at Table J14. I currently have 4 copies of BAL (one got munched in transit), but should be getting 10 more in by the start of the show. If you’re there, please stop by and say “hi”! Feel free to pick up a couple of books and have me sign them.
- If you can’t make it to L.A. Comic Con, I’ll be at Game-A-Con in Palm Desert (October 11-12).
- [From Last Newsletter] Do you read ebooks from public libraries on apps like Overdrive or Hoopla? There have been some recent developments in the indie author space where Amazon is now allowing books that are normally exclusive to Kindle Unlimited to also be distributed to libraries. There are some steps I have to take to make this possible, and still have to convince the Library to purchase copies, but it is a great opportunity to reach new readers. If you use any of these apps (or know anyone who does) and are interested in getting the Mechhaven series on them, let me know. After I release Book 5, I’ll make this happen. If you’d like to see the series in your library, I’ll have instructions on how to request it. I’ll have more news about this endeavor in October.
